Programme terms and consent

Plain-language conditions for applicants, learners and parents or guardians.

Return to registration

1. Programme and eligibility

NDGA Summer Tech Academy 2026 is an online learning programme operated by Notre Dame Girls' Academy, Kuje. Current active NDGA students and guest learners from other schools, alumni, school leavers and tertiary institutions may apply. Recommended school levels are guidance, not fixed access restrictions.

2. Fees and registration windows

Standard fees apply from 24 July at 8:00 AM through 2 August 2026 at 11:59 PM WAT. Late fees apply from 3 August through 9 August 2026 at 11:59 PM WAT. The amount calculated by the server for the selected category, courses and time of submission is the payable amount. Course access begins only after email and payment verification.

3. Parent or guardian consent

A parent or legal guardian must approve registration for a learner who is under 18. The person completing registration confirms that they are the parent or guardian, or that the learner has received that approval. The guardian may be contacted about safeguarding, attendance, payments or programme administration.

4. Media consent is optional

Media consent permits NDGA to use approved photographs, short video clips and learner project showcases for school communication and programme reporting. Sensitive personal details will not be intentionally published. Declining media consent does not affect admission, teaching, scores, support or certificate eligibility. Consent may be withdrawn for future use by contacting the programme office.

5. Learning access and conduct

Accounts are individual and must not be shared. Learners must use respectful language, protect class links, follow instructor and safeguarding directions, and submit work that reflects their own learning. Serious misconduct, unsafe behaviour, unauthorised recording or misuse of another account may result in restricted access while the matter is reviewed.

6. Live classes, devices and attendance

Live classes hold on Monday and Wednesday from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM WAT. The Join button opens 15 minutes before each class and closes 15 minutes after it ends. A laptop or desktop, current browser, working email and stable internet are strongly recommended. A phone may not support every practical activity. Internet or device costs are the applicant's responsibility unless NDGA confirms separate support.

7. Privacy and security

NDGA collects only the identity, contact, learning, payment and safeguarding information needed to operate the programme. Payment card details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by NDGA. Access to learner work, scores and private uploads is restricted to authorised users. Records are retained according to school administrative and legal needs.

8. Certificates and programme changes

Certificates depend on verified payment and the configured requirements for lessons, attendance, tasks and final projects. NDGA may reasonably adjust instructors, class schedules or learning activities and will communicate material changes. A certificate cannot be promised where required work is incomplete.

9. Questions and support

For consent, access or payment questions, contact office@ndgakuje.org, +234 915 825 6901 or +234 902 940 5413.
